License Agreement
By purchasing or downloading a template from FORMA, you agree to the terms below. Please read them before using any template.
What You're Buying
You're purchasing a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the template for one (1) end project. The template files themselves remain the intellectual property of FORMA. You're paying for the right to use them, not to own them outright.
What You Can Do
With a standard license, you may:
Use the template to build one (1) website — whether personal or commercial
Customise the template as much as you want — change colors, fonts, layout, content
Use the finished website to sell products or services
Use the template for a client project (one site per license)
What You Cannot Do
You may not:
Use one license for more than one website or domain
Resell the template, modified or unmodified, as a template or theme
Redistribute or share the Framer file with anyone, paid or free
Claim authorship of the template design
Use the template on a website that sells or distributes Framer templates
Upload the template to any marketplace, including but not limited to Framer, ThemeForest, or Creative Market
Free Templates
Free templates are licensed under the same terms as paid templates, with one exception: you may not charge a client for the template itself as a line item. You may charge for setup, customisation, or design work.
Updates
If we update a template you've purchased, you're entitled to the updated version at no extra cost. We don't notify you automatically — check your original download link or email us and we'll send the latest version.
Warranty and Liability
Templates are provided as-is. We make reasonable efforts to ensure they work correctly in Framer, but we can't guarantee compatibility with every browser, device, or future version of Framer. We're not liable for any loss of revenue or business resulting from issues with a template.
That said, if something isn't working, email us. We take quality seriously and will fix genuine issues.
Refund Policy
We want you to buy with confidence. Here's how refunds work.
The Short Version
We don't offer refunds as a default — because you get instant access to a digital file, and there's no way to "return" it. That said, we're not rigid about this. If something is genuinely wrong, we'll make it right.
When We Will Refund You
We'll issue a full refund, no questions asked, if:
The template file doesn't open or is corrupted and we can't fix it
The template is materially different from what was shown in the preview
You were charged twice due to a technical error
To request a refund in any of these situations, email hello@formaframes.com within 14 days of purchase. Include your order number and a brief description of the problem.
When We Won't Refund
We can't issue refunds if:
You changed your mind after purchasing
You bought the wrong template and want to swap it for a different one
You don't have a Framer account or don't know how to use Framer
The issue is with Framer's platform, not our template
More than 14 days have passed since your purchase
We also can't refund if you've violated the license terms (for example, reselling or redistributing the template).
How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank — usually 5 to 10 business days. We process our end within 48 hours of approval.
